The following, which failed to pass the House on reconsideration                                                                
March 22 (page 399), was engrossed and returned to the Senate for

    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2(fld H)                                                                                   
    Proposing amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                               
    Legislature providing that the 2020 edition of "Mason's Manual of                                                           
    Legislative Procedure" shall implement the rules; and providing                                                             
    for an effective date for the amendments.
